Approx. 2 km from sandy beach is located the hotel Servatur Montebello. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is about 400 m away. A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 500 m. It is 500 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 500 m away. From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
