Approx. 500 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Natural Park. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The tourist centre is about 1 km away. The town Arguineguin is around 8 km away (Mogan around 12 km, Maspalomas around 18 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 2 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 1 km. It is 2 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 2 km away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 1 m away), a bus stop (approx. 1 km away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. The airport (LPA) is approx. 48 km away.

The 2-storey beach hotel has 76 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 13:30, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. An Internet access can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access. Medical service is available for a fee.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
