The 6-storey hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 45 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 12:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 3 lifts, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge.

From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
