In the vicinity of a sandy beach is located the hotel Tigaiga Suites. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The nearest town is La Orotava. In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Loro Parque, Botanical Graden, Icod, La Laguna and Tacoronte. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank, a bus stop, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. The airport (TFN) is approx. 30 km away. Another airport (TFS) is located approx. 92 km away.

Completely renovated in 2022, the 5-storey resort has 34 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, a safe (against a deposit), a parking area (for a fee) as well as a security entry system. For the meals, there is a restaurant. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Concierge service is free of charge.

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:
- Transfer from/to TFS airport (Tenerife South) - ferry - hotel

If no transfer is booked, no transfer and ferry costs are included.
The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
