ZAFIRO Palace Alcudia

This elegant hotel is quiet centrally located. The beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach is about 300 meters away. Downtown Puerto de Alcudia, with various shopping and entertainment options, is within walking distance. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 62 km away.

Built in 2015, the hotel comprises a total of eight four-storey buildings and has 369 rooms. Outside there is the centrally located swimming pool, a children's pool with pirate ship and a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also an exclusive pool area for adults on the pool bar terrace. To provide direct access to the swimming pool for all ground floor suites, there are six swim-up pools. Furthermore, the hotel has an indoor pool.
The various restaurants of the hotel invite you to enjoy delicious specialties. There is a main restaurant and four à la carte restaurants available. They will delight you with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as with international dishes and sushi or grilled specialties. Various bars offer a variety of cocktails and drinks.

The modern JUNIORSUITE is about 43 square meters and offers a bedroom with an integrated living room and a wonderful balcony. Other in-room amenities include air conditioning, a telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a safe. Furthermore, the junior suites are equipped with a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and a bathroom with a double sink, a hairdryer and a make-up mirror.

The SUPERIOR ROOMS (in the hotel: Juniorsuite Pool View) offer a view of the pool in addition to the junior suites. Also available as a SINGLE ROOM.
The COMFORT ROOMS (equivalent to the hotel: Swim Up Junior Suite) are equipped like the junior suites, but are located on the ground floor and have a private garden and direct access to the swimming pool.
CLUB ROOMS (equivalent to the hotel: Junior Penthouse Suite Pool) have the same features as the junior suites, but are located on the top floors. The highlight of the club room is the private terrace with jacuzzi.
The SUITES (equivalent to the hotel: Zafiro Suite) are more spacious (about 52 square meters) than the junior suites and offer a separate bedroom. In addition, the suites have a small kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator.

Breakfast, half board or all inclusive.
All Inclusive includes buffet breakfast and dinner as well as à la carte lunch in the bistro. (BUFFET OR A-LA-CARTE, SEASON DEPENDENT). Also, coffee, tea and biscuits at the pool bar. Fruits and sandwiches. Selected national and international drinks are included. Up to four à la carte dinners are included in a theme restaurant per week.
In the evening is asked for appropriate clothing (long trousers for men).

For younger guests, the hotel offers a mini club for children aged 4 to 7 years, a maxi club for children aged 8 to 11 and a teen club (12 to 15 years, only in high season).

Fitness room, multi-sports field for football, tennis, basketball and volleyball.

The hotel also offers mini golf and table tennis. Billiards is available for a fee.

The Balneum Spa invites you to relax and unwind. The spa area is equipped with sauna, jacuzzi and turkish bath. Various massages and treatments are offered (each for a fee).

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
