The hotel Viva Eden Lago is located in Puerto de Alcudia about 300m from the beach. The center of Puerto de Alcudia is 3 km away and the center of Ca'n Picafort is 4 km away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 62 km away. There is a bus service to Puerto de Alucida and Ca'n Picafort.

The hotel has a total of 228 rooms spread over two buildings. The facilities include a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, Internet corner, currency exchange, lifts and conference rooms. In the approximately 200 square meters large garden of the hotel is a beautiful large freshwater outdoor pool with free beach chairs, umbrellas and pool towels. From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
