The hotel Viva Eden Lago is located in Puerto de Alcudia about 300m from the beach. The center of Puerto de Alcudia is 3 km away and the center of Ca'n Picafort is 4 km away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 62 km away. There is a bus service to Puerto de Alucida and Ca'n Picafort.

The hotel has a total of 228 rooms spread over two buildings. The facilities include a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, Internet corner, currency exchange, lifts and conference rooms. In the approximately 200 square meters large garden of the hotel is a beautiful large freshwater outdoor pool with free beach chairs, umbrellas and pool towels. A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
