The hotel is wonderfully located in the beautiful harbour town of Port Alcudia. The nearest sandy beach lies within metres of the hotel and the centre of the town, which is 800 metres away, offers plenty of shopping and entertainment venues. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network (30 metres). The airport lies 60 km away. Built in 1984 and renovated in 1997, the hotel is composed of a 6-storey building in 44 apartments. The comfortable rooms come with an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer. In-room amenities include a terrace, a small kitchen, TV and air conditioning. Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool to cool off during the hot days or free the body and soul at the solarium for enjoying unforgettable moments.

AUTOCHECK-IN MACHINE
Once you have entered the code to access the apartments, please go to the autocheck-in machine that you will find right by the front desk.
You only need to follow the instructions that will appear on the screen, have your booking reference at hand if you do have a booking and provide your ID/ passport details when requested to do so. Please note that your stay is only payable by credit card and neither American Express nor Diners Club are accepted. Should you have already prepaid your booking, you will only have to pay the tourist tax.
When the process is finished, the machine will provide you with a check-in receipt with your room number, proof of payment and the keycard that will grant you access to your room.

Should you already have a booking, you need to provide your booking reference number; otherwise, please select “without booking”.
Credit card with pin code. Payments in cash are not accepted.
ID or passport of each of the guests staying.
A signature, in situ, of the document holder.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The tax will be charged to guests at the booked accommodation and passed on to the authorities by the hoteliers. Detailed information can be found on the Balearic Islands government website.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
