The town Playa Del Ingles is around 250 m away (Puerto Rico around 21 km, Vecindario around 25 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 400 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 100 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 600 m. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Palmitos Park (approx. 13 km away), Sioux City Park (approx. 9 km away), Meloneras (approx. 5 km away) and Roque Nublo (approx. 38 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 100 m and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 5 km away. The airport (LPA) is approx. 30 km away.

Recently renovated in 2015, the 12-storey 2nd row beach hotel has 133 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
