This hotel is superbly located, right on the sandy beach of Ca?n Pastilla. The hotel is separated from Playa de Palma sandy beach by just a promenade. There is also a regular public bus link (departs from a stop about 100 m from the hotel) with the island?s capital town, Palma, which is 10 km away. Depending on the wind direction, at night airplane noise can sometimes be heard due to the hotel?s close proximity to the airport. Numerous restaurants and shops are to be found within 100 m of the hotel. Discos are situated approximately 2 km from the hotel. There is a golf course roughly 10 km away.

From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
