This hotel with a privileged location in the heart of the Palma Beach, is a flagship hotel whose construction keeps the traditional Majorcan style. Built in traditional Mallorcan style, this hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of 4 floors with a total of 276 rooms, of which 128 are doubles, 28 are deluxe rooms as well as 120 apartments. It is a recommended hotel for couples and sports lovers. The hotel has a fully equipped bike center and includes teams of hypoxia in the rooms. Addition has modern rooms for conventions or business meetings and offers Wi-Fi for free in public areas.

The stylish en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a hire safe. Moreover, they contain a minibar/ fridge as well as a balcony/ terrace and are centrally heated as standard. The apartments are also furnished with a separate bedroom.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
