Este confortable hotel está situado en el centro turístico de la playa de Palma, con sus tiendas, restaurantes, bares, pubs y discotecas, 50 m. Lo separan de la extensa playa apenas 10 m, con sombrillas y tumbonas, un paseo marítimo. Cerca del hotel hay una parada de transporte público a 10 metros. La ciudad de Palma está a 15 km.

Este hotel, construido en 1964 fue totalmente restaurado en el 2000, tiene 5 plantas y dispone de un total de 100 habitaciones, 5 de ellas individuales, 93 dobles y 2 suites. Dispone de un jardín de 200 m² con terraza para tomar el sol, un hall de entrada con recepción abierta las 24 horas, ascensores, caja fuerte y servicio de cambio de divisa. Las áreas comunes del hotel están climatizadas. En lo referente a lo gastronómico, el hotel le ofrece, un bar y un restaurante climatizado. A disposición del cliente también están la terminal de Internet, de pago y el servicio de habitaciones y lavandería. También se pueden alquilar bicicletas y hay un trastero para guardarlas.

Todas las habitaciones estándar tienen baño con ducha, secador de pelo y bidet, teléfono de línea directa, radio, TV vía satélite y por cable, minibar, abonando tasas, moqueta, aire acondicionado o calefacción regulable, caja fuerte y balcón o terraza, algunas con vistas al mar.

El hotel cuenta con una piscina cubierta, una piscina con zona para niños, sombrillas y tumbonas , horario de cierre de acuerdo a la temporada.

Los clientes podrán utilizar las mesas de ping-pong, el gimnasio, el jacuzzi y las bicicletas. Según la temporada, también se ofrece un programa de actividades y entretenimiento, además del servicio de masajes, abonando tasas. En la extensa playa hay tumbonas y sombrillas a su disposición. Hay un campo de golf a 10 kilómetros del hotel.

RENTAL CAR INCLUDED:
The trip price includes a rental car of the category C or E by the company AUTOS ROIG from/to the airport Palma de Mallorca. IMPORTANT!! Vehicle handover will only take place on presentation of a valid credit card and a valid driver’s license!

RECEPTION/RETURN:
After arrival, you register at the Sidetour counter in the arrival hall of the airport. From here, you are sent to the shuttle bus of AUTOS ROIG. Handover and return of the rental car take place at the main office of AUTOS ROIG in Can Pastilla. After returning the rental car at the same place, the shuttle bus brings you to the airport.
OPENING HOURS:
For arrivals the counter is staffed.
TYPE OF CAR:
Category C, Toyota Aygo or similar, three-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited kilometers or Category E, Citroen C4 or similar, five-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited kilometers.
DRIVER:
Minimum age 21 years and at least 2 years of holding a drivers license. 1 driver included in the price, every additional driver 7.00 EUR per day (max. 84.00 EUR per rental period). Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license. Supplement for drivers under 25 years: 5.00 EUR per day (max 60.00 EUR per rental period).
FUEL ARRANGEMENT:
The rental car is handed over fully refueled and is to be returned fully refueled as well. In case the car is not returned fully refueled, the balance of the tank will be charged to your credit card.
INSURANCE:
Fully comprehensive insurance `all inclusive? without percentage excess. Intentionally caused damage is not covered. Information on insurances: Insurance cover is based on the local legal terms and contract bindings. Traffic fines, towing charges and gasoline are at the expense of the lessee. Accidents, thefts and damages caused by vandalism have to be reported to the police and the lessor immediately. Not covered or coverable are damages caused by incorrect refueling, lost/damaged keys/remote controls. If damage or theft is caused by gross negligence, insurance cover becomes void.
DEPOSIT:
300 EUR via credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
FEES SUPPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT:
Child car seat 6.00 EUR per day (max. 72.00 EUR per rental period), GPS 6.00 EUR per day (max. 72.00 EUR per rental period ), roof racks are not available.
BREAKDOWN SERVICE:
During the handover you will receive the phone number of the car rental station and an emergency number.

Included in the price is a rental car of category C or E from/to Palma de Mallorca airport of the company RECORD GO.

IMPORTANT! Vehicle delivery takes place only on presentation of a valid credit card (EC cards are also accepted) and a valid driving license!

RECEPTION/RETURN:
In the arrival hall of the airport you will find yourself directly at one of the Record Go counters. There is one counter inside the baggage area and another in the arrivals hall. At the queue number machine you draw a ticket for the EXPRESS LINE and are then called according to your ticket number. You will pick up and return your rental car in the airport car park.

Car type: Joint booking of 1-3 persons in one room = category C, Toyota Aygo or similar, 3-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited mileage. Joint booking of 4 and more people in one room = category E, Citroen C4 or similar, 5-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited mileage.

DRIVER:
The driver must be at least 19 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.
Supplement for drivers under 21 years (19-20): 9,00 €/day max 108,00 €.
Supplement for drivers from 21 to 24 years: 7,00 €/day max 84,00 €.
Supplement for additional driver: 7,95 €/day max. 95,40 €

FUEL ARRANGEMENT:
The car is handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the rental car is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the difference between the full tank and a handling fee of 30 € will be charged to the credit card.

INSURANCE:
Fully comprehensive insurance without excess including unlimited mileage.
There is no insurance cover against traffic tickets, their processing, loss or breakage of car keys or mistakes during refuelling, loss of vehicle documents, loss of the
Number plate, damage to the chassis, damage to the clutch, engine damage, cleaning damage, damage to special equipment (GoPad, child seats ...), damage to other equipment (rear storage, spare wheel, antenna, warning triangle, vest ...), upholstery damage, theft with key in the vehicle. No insurance cover in the event of force majeure or circumstances in which the loss or damage was caused by a breach or breach of duties and conditions.

Priority pick-up service for the car and preferential support at the pick-up counter.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
