This modern luxury hotel is centrally located just a few paces from the kilometre-long beach promenade and the flat sand beach of Playa de Palma. The city centre, 1.5 km away, offers plenty of shopping and entertainment venues. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has a total of 115 rooms on 5 floors, of which 16 are suites. There is a spacious landscaped garden with a furnished sun terrace and a pool for guests to enjoy, as well as a considerable reception hall with lifts, a 24-hour reception and safes. Furthermore there is a games room, TV room, café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant with children?s highchairs available on request. The hotel offers WLAN for free in public areas.

The stylish en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning, central heating, safe and terrace.

The hotel has a large outdoor pool, a children?s pool, a pool bar, sun beds and parasols, as well as towels and bathrobes (for an additional fee). In addition, it offers a gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, hydrotherapy and feng shui, all included in the price. The hotel can also offer information on various exercise routes in the area. Some water sports are available on the beach.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
