This hotel is situated directly beside the white fine sand beach of Playa de Palma. A selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and bars are to be found in the vicinity (50 m to 600 m away). Links to the public transport network lie about 600 m away.

This beach hotel is spread over 5 floors and comprises 167 rooms of which 9 are suites. The hotel offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, safes and a café. Additionally, a bar, three air-conditioned restaurants with a non-smoking area (highchairs for children included), a public Internet terminal (additional fees apply) as well as a TV room are also available. The hotel offers guests the opportunity to hire out bicycles or mountain bikes. Bicycles can be kept in the storage facility. A laundry service is also on offer.In the outdoor complex are two swimming pools, a separate children?s paddling area, a pool bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a tennis court, a solarium, a billiards table and a table tennis table available for use. The nearest golf course lies about 6 km away. An entertainment programme is also offered to guests.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
