The STUDIOS (corresponding to Studio Premium in the hotel) are designed for a maximum of two people and offer all the comforts of an apartment in the smallest space. They have a terrace, air conditioning, rain shower, hairdryer, coffee machine, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, TV and WIFI.
Can be booked for ALONE USE.
The APPARTMENTS (in the hotel: Apartment Premium) have the same facilities as the studios, but are larger and equipped for up to four people.
Can also be booked for ALONE USE WITH CHILDREN or with pool view (SUPERIOR ROOM).
The CLUB ROOMS (in the hotel: Apartment swim up) also have the same facilities and can accommodate up to four people, but are located on the ground floor. From the apartment you have direct access to a sun terrace with sun beds and private pool.
The COMFORT ROOM (equivalent in the hotel: Apartment Royal Terrace) is a luxurious penthouse apartment with a fantastic view. A private access leads to a private terrace lounge with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and outdoor bed.

• 2 themed dinners weekly (Majorcan, Latin, Mediterranean and Oriental) together with 5 special dinners per week (fruits and tarts, Cheeses of the world, Spanish tapas, Seafood Special, Indian Special) served in the Caprice Restaurant.
• Daily Show Cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Caprice Restaurant.
• A la carte dinner at El Patio Restaurant per week of stay (7 nights). Booking required.
• À la carte selection of cold and hot dishes at La Palapa Pool Bar (Bistro Menu) or at El Patio Restaurant, depending on the weather from 12.30pm to 4.00pm.
• From 10:30am to 11.30pm Selection of national and international drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as cocktails, mixed drinks and various ice creams.

The hotel has a large outdoor pool, oasis pool, chill-out pool, two indoor pools and a large wellness area: a new Zen, Spa & Wellness Centre with an indoor pool (+18), sauna, Turkish bath, sensation showers and two massage rooms (one single and one double).

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The tax will be charged to guests at the booked accommodation and passed on to the authorities by the hoteliers. Detailed information can be found on the Balearic Islands government website.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
