Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex comprises 66 apartments spread over two 3-storey buildings. The lobby comprises a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift. Guests may make use of a games room as well as a TV and lounge room. Further facilities include a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children.

The spacious and tastefully designed apartments comprise a tiled private bathroom, a combined bedrooms/ lounge as well as a separate bedroom. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone as well as a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the modern kitchenette. Air conditioning is individually regulated. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
