Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex comprises 66 apartments spread over two 3-storey buildings. The lobby comprises a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift. Guests may make use of a games room as well as a TV and lounge room. Further facilities include a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children.

The spacious and tastefully designed apartments comprise a tiled private bathroom, a combined bedrooms/ lounge as well as a separate bedroom. From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
