The beautiful hotel complex is located in the village Palmanova, which convinces through its beautiful beaches. It is only 50m to the beach and only 150m to the village center. The city of Palma de Mallorca can be reached after about 15km. There are several golf courses nearby, as well as a tennis court, a football field and an athletics stadium. The airport is about 20km away.

The spacious complex comprises a total of 192 rooms spread over two buildings with a total of 4 elevators and 7 floors. The hotel was renovated in 2017 and offers bright and modern rooms. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception, concierge service, air conditioning, luggage storage, complimentary Wi-Fi, car rental, tourist desk, outdoor parking (for a fee and subject to availability) and a laundry service (fees apply). In terms of gastronomy, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant, a la carte theme restaurant (for a fee), the pool bar and the salon bar with its excellent views of the sea. Outside, there are 6 outdoor pools. These include a swim-up with terrace and a 5th-floor pool reserved for Privilege guests only. Inside there is a heated indoor pool. The hotel also offers a beautiful garden and a large sun terrace with umbrellas, towel service (for a deposit), hammocks and Balinese beds (for a fee).
In addition, the hotel has a conference and banquet hall with an area of ​​more than 200 m2.

All pool areas, the gym and the spa area are open from 08:00 to 20:00.
The Sky Lounge Bar is open from 20:00 until 14:00.

The SUPERIOR ROOM (equals Twin Privilege with Mountain View) offers you a 42 "TV and access to the pool on the 5th floor, as well as a privileged location in the hotel.

Other things being equal, the DELUXE ROOMS (equivalent to the hotel: Twin Privilege Sea View) offer a large terrace, a king-size bed and an unforgettable view of the sea and the bay of Plamanova or the beautiful mountains.

The COMORTZIMMER (equivalent to: Twin Spa bath) has a terrace with outdoor bathtub.

The CLUBROOM (equivalent to: Twin Terrace) has a furnished terrace.

For an additional fee, the hotel offers a laundry service.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the buffet restaurant overlooking the gardens or the sea.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. For refreshments (water, soft drinks, juices) and local alcoholic drinks (wine and beer) are available (drinks are not included). Furthermore, the hotel has the a la carte Senses Gourmet Restaurant, as well as a Pool Snack Bar (not included).

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
