This beach hotel enjoys a quiet location in Paguera in a side street and only 150 metres from Palmira?s sandy beach. The street runs parallel to the ?Boulevard? with its array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, which are all within walking distance. The nearest nightclub is just 200 metres from the hotel. Palma de Mallorca airport is around 34 km away.

Fully renovated in the year 2000, this beach hotel consists of 162 rooms on 6 floors, of which 11 are single room and 151 are doubles. The hotel facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange service, safe, 3 lifts (2 in the main building and one in the Malaika building), TV room, a laundry and ironing room, meeting room for up to 20 persons and public Internet access. Dining options include a café, bar and air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant. Laundry service and medical assistance are available.

The functional rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a radio. Moreover the rooms are fitted with a safe, air conditioning, a balcony and central heating as standard.

Sports enthusiasts are invited partake in table tennis, aerobics, mini golf, and 18-hole golf course. A seasonal entertainment programme is also offered.

The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a sunbathing terrace with sun beds and parasols, an indoor pool and a sauna.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
