Miami Platja, less than 3 km from the beach and 2 km approx. from the urban center where you can find all kinds
of shops and other services. It is a place of easy access, with the Mediterranean highway less than 500 meters away. Near the bungalows there is a supermarket and restaurants, golf course.
The complex has a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 30 approximately), children''s play area, individual garden with furniture and barbecue.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
The capacity of the townhouses is 4/6 with the following distribution:
Ground floor: It consists of a living room with sofa-bed (two seats), television, independent kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge), a toilet and private terrace with barbecue.
First floor: It consists of two double bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) and a full bathroom.
Included: Lingerie equipment appropriate to the capacity of the apartment except bath towels.
Cleaning at the entrance and exit of the client, weekly change of clothes and rational consumption of water and
electricity.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. A tourist tax is levied in Catalonia. Payment is made directly on site in cash. The amount of the tax depends on the category of accommodation. Young people up to and including the age of 16 are excluded from the tax.
