This modern aparthotel, built in a traditional rural Mallorcan style, sits atop a hill and thus affords wonderful views out over the bay. Located on a main road, the complex is just 300 m from the Santa Ponsa town centre, with its many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and some 900m from the sea and the nearest fine sand beach. This aparthotel has since been completely renovated and offers guests a total of 93 apartments and 44 studios spread over 2 to 3 floors in apartment blocks on several levels. The complex also features 1 km² garden, a modern foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, bar, air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant with highchairs for infants, conference room, free WIFI, in-house medical assistance service, bicycle cellar, garage and playground.

The comfortably furnished apartments come with combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom as well as a dining area. Moreover, all of the rooms are tiled and equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, kitchenette, fridge and terrace. The studios are similarly equipped but do not have a separate bedroom. All rooms feature central heating as standard.

Also available are tennis courts, table tennis, darts, squash, aerobics classes, a gym, archery, air rifle shooting, basketball, billiards/ snooker, bocce and miniature golf. Additional facilities include a sauna and mountain bike hire service (for an additional fee). The nearest golf course lies only 900 m from the hotel.

The complex offers use of 2 swimming pools with integrated children?s pools and a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
