This hotel is ideally situated next to a kilometre-long, fine sand beach, right in the tourist area. A shopping centre with cafes and bars is located in the neighbourhood. Cala Milor (4km) is easily reached with the local bus network and a bus stop is located close to the hotel.

The eco-hotel was built in 1987 and consists of 397 rooms on 8 floors of which 393 are doubles and 4 are suites. In addition, it has a large garden area (15,000 m²) with a wonderful view of the nature reserve of Punta Amer. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk, a hairdresser and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a theatre room, a games and TV room, bars (a piano bar/ lounge bar), a café and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and children?s highchairs available on request. Hotel guests may also take advantage of the public Internet access for free, the hotel?s laundry service and the medical assistance offered, if necessary. It also offers a bicycle hire service, as well as a secure cellar for storing bicycles and there is a kids club and playground for younger guests. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel?s car park and garage.

The cosy en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, free WIFI, a radio and a safe. All rooms are also equipped with a minibar, air conditioning, a balcony and central heating as standard.

In the outdoor complex, there is a pool with a children?s pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar with a pizzeria. In addition, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool (depending on the weather out of high-season), a Jacuzzi, water aerobics, pedalos, table tennis, aerobics classes, archery, horse riding, beach volleyball courts, bocce, minigolf and a gym. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
