This hotel, surrounded by a pine forest, is located near the Balneario 4 exit, on the road from Playa de Palma to El Arenal, in a peaceful side street. It is approximately 300 m from the kilometre-long fine sand beach and the centre is also within walking distance (1 km). Links to the public transport network lie a stone?s throw from the hotel (200 m) and offer a convenient service in order to reach Palma.

The fully air-conditioned beach hotel was built in 1973, renovated in 1997 and consists of 241 rooms on 10 floors, in addition to a substantial 1,0002,000 m² garden. The hotel?s amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 2 lifts, bars, a café, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, it offers Internet access (for an additional fee), bicycle hire as well as a secure bicycle storage facility, a laundry service and a games room as well as a playground for younger guests. Guests arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel?s car park and garage.

The air-conditioned rooms come with an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone and a safe. All rooms come with central heating as standard.

Sporting options include table tennis, beach volleyball, cycling, snooker as well as a gym. Minigolf and horse riding are both available locally. 12 km from the hotel, guests will find a golf course.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
