This hotel is located approximately 50 m from the nearest sandy beach just a few paces from the fantastic palm tree-lined promenade, which runs beside the Playa de Palma. Bars, restaurants and shopping venues are to be found in the vicinity and links to the public transport network depart from a stop situated directly in front of the hotel.

Renovated in 2002, this hotel comprises 5 floors with a total of 97 rooms. Guests have access to a lovely 1,500 m² shady garden filled with palm trees. Facilities within this fully air-conditioned hotel include a foyer with a reception desk, a TV room, a lift, bars, an air-conditioned restaurant and a public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and a laundry service rounds off the offerings.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
