This family run, newly renovated boutique Hotel with a good connection to Palma City offers an ideal mix of city and beach.

Separated only by the street, the Hotel is located right next to the sandy cove Cala Estancia. The long Beach of Can Pastilla is only 100m away. A wide variety of shops and entertainment attractions are located within the immediate vicinity. The city centre of Palma is roughly 12km away, with a connecting bus stop within 200m of the hotel.bus.

Completely refurbished in 2015/16, the Boutique Hotel offers its visitors a reception hall, equipped with deposit safes, two elevators, an internet corner (for a fee), a bar, a non-smoking restaurant, a cafeteria with a terrace and a lounge room with TV and games area.

All the double bedrooms are fashionably furnished and fitted with telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning & central heating, a bathroom and a balcony or a terrace. These are also bookable for single use or single with child. “Double bedrooms/sideward ocean view” have a sideward view of the ocean with the same furnishing, while “ocean view bedrooms” have a head-on ocean view.
The single rooms have the same furnishings as well, but are slightly smaller and only have a queen size bed without ocean view. However, they can also be booked as “single with ocean view”.

Bookable with breakfast or half board. Breakfast and dinner are served in form of a buffet.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
