This comfort hotel is located directly in Palma Beach surrounded by superb shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. The hotel is separated from the stunning long, sandy beach by just a promenade. There is a bus stop just a stone?s throw from the hotel (10m).

The building was completely renovated in the year 2000 and offers a total of 100 guestrooms on 5 floors, of which 5 are singles, 93 are doubles and 2 are suites. The hotel has a considerable garden with a sun terrace, a lobby with a reception (open 24 hours), a safe, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Dining options include an inviting bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Internet access is available as well as room and laundry service.

The DOUBLE ROOMS (equivalent in the hotel: Double Room) have on about 20 square meters all the comfort you would expect from a 4-star hotel: satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, air conditioning, heating, minibar (for a fee) and free WLAN. In the bathroom you will find a shower, WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Relax on your own balcony.
The DOUBLE ROOMS WITH SIDE SEA VIEW (corresponding to Double Side Sea View in the hotel) also offer a side sea view and coffee and tea making facilities.
In the SEA VIEW ROOMS (equivalent in the hotel: Double Sea View) you enjoy full sea view with the same equipment, as well as coffee and tea preparation facilities.
The COMFORT ROOMS (Double Superior in the hotel) are located on the first floor and have coffee and tea making facilities, a terrace with sun beds and direct access to the Relax Pool.
The SUPERIOR ROOMS (corresponding to Double Superior Sea View in the hotel) are slightly more spacious and have a preferred location in the hotel. They also offer a coffee machine with capsules and a direct sea view.
The JUNIORSUITES (equivalent in the hotel: Junior Suite Sea View) are about 35 square meters in size and have satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, air conditioning, heating, minibar (against charge) and free WLAN, a capsule coffee machine, as well as a coffee tea maker, integrated living area and wireless Bluethooh speakers. In the bathroom you will find a shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers. Balcony with sunbeds. These rooms have a direct sea view.

The nearest golf course is 10 km from the hotel.

The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, a pool with a children?s paddling pool, sun loungers and parasols (seasonal opening times). Table tennis, a gym and a Jacuzzi are on offer for those wishing to relax or exercise. Furthermore there is a seasonal entertainment programme available or massage services for an additional fee. Sun loungers and parasols are also on offer on the wonderful long beach.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
