The luxury city hotel is located in the stunning Bay of Palma approximately 5 minutes from the historical centre. There is a profusion of shops, bars and thronging nightclubs as well as a direct connection to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity. Renovated in the year 2000 the hotel has 384 rooms, including 381 doubles and 3 suites, on 16 floors. The hotel also has a small garden. The facilities include a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and lifts. A café as well as a piano bar are also to be found inside the complex. Internet access for free, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with children?s highchairs, as well as 9 conference rooms suitable for up to 150 persons are furthermore all available in addition to room service and medical assistance.

In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
