Located in Playa de Palma, the hotel enjoys a frontline position only 10 metres away from the sea as well as 20 metres from the main tourist area of Arenal and 100 meters from the shopping centre. It has been reformed in 2015 and has a garden of 600 m2. The Son San Joan Airport is 8 km away and the city of Palma is at a distance of 12 km.

This luxurious hotel is located in the centre of the tourist district, only around 200 m from Playa de Palma?s kilometre-long beach. A range of shopping venues, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located in the hotel?s immediate vicinity.

Built in 1970 and renovated in 2002 this 4-storey hotel consists of a total of 133 rooms, of which 117 are doubles and 16 are singles. The hotel facilities include a 24-hour reception with a safe for storing valuables, a currency exchange desk and 2 lifts. In addition, it has a café, a supermarket, a shop, a hairdresser?s salon, a bar, a games room, a TV room and a restaurant. Internet access for free, room and laundry services, as well as a bicycle storage facility and a sizeable garden (600 m²).

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, free WIFI, a minibar, central heating in winter, air conditioning in the summer, a terrace and a hire safe.

For an added fee it is possible to use the table tennis tables and pool table.
There is a golf course approximately 12 km away from the hotel. In the surroundings of the hotel it is possible to practise the following sports or activities: windsurfing, pedalos, tennis, squash, cycling/mountain-biking and minigolf.

On the main terrace of the hotel there is a swimming pool with a separate children?s area, a bar, sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel offers three days of live music each week in the winter and from May every day.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
