Partially renovated in 2022, the 5-storey resort consists of a main building and 6 adjoining buildings, and has 257 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 9 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a kiosk, a mini market, a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
