The building was built in 1991 and is made up of a total of 186 apartments on 4 floors. The chic air-conditioned hotel facilities include a reception, a lobby, 4 lifts, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room, a game?s room, a children?s playground as well as a miniclub. Furthermore there is a bicycle storage facility, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area as well as room and laundry service.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax.
