This holiday complex overlooks the Bay of Cala Mesquida (about 600 m away) and is situated directly beside the paradisiacal nature protection area, Parque de Llevant. The closest resort, Capdepera, is about 5 km away and the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada and its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs in 7 km from the complex. Regular bus services run to the aforementioned and various other destinations (bus stop located directly in front of the hotel).

Built in 1999, this 3 storey complex comprises a total of 280 apartments/studios. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. An air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants, several bars, a café, a small supermarket, a conference room and free WIFI are also on offer. Furthermore, there is medical assistance, a playground, a kids-club (for children aged 4 to 12 years old) and a bicycle hire service on offer.

The STUDIOS have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle, shower/WC with hairdryer, a telephone, a rental safe (for a fee), free WIFI, satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The studios can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and can also be booked by one person with a child (SINGLE WITH CHILD).
The tastefully furnished APPARTMENTS (correspond in the hotel: Apartment Premium 1 bedroom) have a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with the same equipment and can accommodate up to 4 persons (three adults with one child or two adults with two children).
The COMFORT ROOMS (in the hotel: Pivilege Apartment) also have the same facilities, but offer a sea view and a private garden with two sunbeds.
The CLUB ROOMS (in the hotel: Royal Terrace Apartment) are larger and also have a private terrace with a Balinese bed, a sofa, an armchair and a table with chairs.

Can be booked with half board or all-inclusive.
Half board (equivalent to Half Board Plus in the hotel) offers breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant 'Caprice'. In good weather, meals are served on the outdoor terrace.
Once a week you can dine in one of the three theme restaurants ('La Terraza', 'La Guitarra' and 'Mirablau' (by reservation only)). Continental breakfast for late risers from 10:30 to 11:30 in the cafeteria.

All Inclusive (corresponds in the hotel: All Inclusive Elite) includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant `Caprice?. In addition to half board, a selection of cold and warm à la carte dishes are offered in the `El Patio Cafeteria? from 12:30 to 15:30 pm. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as ice cream specialities are included from 10:30 to 23:30.

Sports options include aerobics, basketball, table tennis, beach volleyball and minigolf.

For an additional fee, tennis (1 hard court), pool, pedalos, bicycles and mountain bikes are all available. A seasonal entertainment programme features amongst the leisure facilities.

In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/snack bar. On offer are a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a steam room and a massage service (for an additional fee).

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
