The hotel Natura Palace Hipotels is located around 3 km from Playa Blanca (Pueto Del Carmen around 30 km, Arrecife around 40 km). A sandy beach is around 800 m from the hotel. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee available. The tourist centre is only about 100 m away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 800 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 20 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 100 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 40 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Los Ajaches (approx. 7 km away). For mobility there is a bus stop (approx. 300 m away).

The 5-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 269 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a kiosk, various other shops, discotheque as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.
