The hotel Servatur Waikiki is located approx. 1,5 km from a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The nearest town is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 250 km. It is only 250 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 400 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 50 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 5 km away. The airport (LPA) is approx. 30 km away.

The 8-storey resort consists of a main building and 4 adjoining buildings, and has 511 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 10 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
