The tourist centre is about 2 km away. The town Arucas is around 13 km away (Santa Brigida around 18 km, Telde around 22 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 5 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. Entertainment facilities such as a theatre can be reached after approx. 2 km. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Auditorio Alfredo Kraus (approx. 1 km away) and Santa Ana Cathedral (approx. 6 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 1 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 500 m away). An underground station is located in a distance of approx. 2 km. Completely renovated in 2023, the 8-storey beach hotel has 125 rooms in total. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
