The hotel Taimar is situated approx. 900 m from a sandy/rocky beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee available. The town Costa Calama is around 1 km away (Gran Tarajal around 23 km, Puerto del Rosario around 65 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 700 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 300 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 65 km away. The airport (FUE) is approx. 65 km away.

Completely renovated in 2020, the 2-storey design hotel has 101 rooms, and spread over one main building and 3 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Medical service is available for a fee.
