This upmarket hotel is surrounded by pine forest and lies close to Albufeira?s nature protection area. Links to the public transport network are to be found right by the hotel and there are many shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants to be found in the vicinity (500 m away). Son Bauló beach lies just 250 m from the hotel.

This hotel comprises a total of 285 rooms spread over 4 floors of which 5 are single rooms, 271 are double rooms and 9 are suites. There are also sprawling gardens of up to 35,000 m². The air-conditioned building features a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, 3 lifts and hairdresser?s salon. In addition, there are 2 bars, a shop, a nightclub, a reading room, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Guests may additionally take advantage of the conference room facilities, which hold up to 150 people, and a public Internet terminal (WLAN). There are car park facilities for those arriving by car as well as a bicycle storage room. A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
