The hotel complex is located just minutes from the sandy beach. Public transport connections are situated just 300 m away, allowing easy access into Paguera. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping facilities to be found in Paguera.

This beach hotel consists of 416 rooms and a wonderful, large garden. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition, there is a café, a bar, a games room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with children?s highchairs. Business guests are offered a public Internet terminal as well as a conference room and there is a kids club as well as a playground for younger guests. Guests are offered use of the indoor pool, a pool, snack bar, sun loungers and parasols as well as a massage service. The hotel offers opportunities to participate in aerobics sessions, a game of table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis, squash, bocce, pool and snooker and pedalos as well as a gym are also available (some of which incur an additional fee). The hotel also offers a seasonal entertainment programme to ensure that there is never a dull moment. Furthermore, guests will find an exclusive golf course, Golf de Andratx, in the hotel?s vicinity.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
