This luxurious hillside hotel lies in the wonderful neighbourhood overlooking the Bay of Cala Mesquida, with its flat sandy beach only a few metres away as well as the Parque de Levante nature reserve. Various shopping facilities are located just a few paces from the hotel. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, pubs and clubs are to be found in the nearby towns of Capdepera or Cala Ratjada, which are both just a short drive away. A bus stop with regular bus connections is located directly in front of the hotel.

The Mallorca-style hotel complex was renovated in 2004 and offers a total of 189 suites in 2- or 3-storey buildings. The hotel's facilities include a foyer with 24-hour-reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access in each of the buildings, a cafe, bar and shop, as well as a conference room for up to 70 persons. Furthermore, the hotel has an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and an Internet terminal. Bicycle hire, a laundry service and medical assistance are also available. This hotel is for adults only. The hotel offers WIFI for free.

The JUNIORSUITES (approx. 37 sqm) are equipped with telephone, 43 inch LCD TV, central air conditioning/heating, safe (for a fee), Free WiFi, music channel, small sitting area, coffee machine, mini bar (for a fee) and balcony/terrace. In addition, bathroom/ WC with bathtub with hydro massage jets, separate shower, bathrobe, hair dryer and pool towels.
SINGLE ROOMS are junior suites for single use.

The DELUXE ROOMS (Junior Suite Premium, approx. 37 sqm) offer a beautiful view of the pool, are located on the upper floors and are equipped with bathroom with shower and bathtub with hydro massage jets, hair dryer, bathrobe and make-up mirror, telephone, music channel, 43 inch LCD TV, DVD player and free film selection, free WIFI, central air conditioning/heating, mini bar (for a fee), safe, coffee machine and balcony. Optionally bookable with BREAKFAST, HALF-BOARD or ALL INCLUSIVE. For breakfast and dinner there are varied buffets available. For lunch the main course is à la carte. There is also a starter buffet (salads) and various desserts.
If you book All Inclusive for lunch and dinner, you can choose from a selection of Spanish wines, local beer, soft drinks and water. Local and international alcoholic and soft drinks, fruit, sandwiches and ice cream from 10.30 am to 23.30 pm.

Diving, windsurfing, pedal boating, tennis and table tennis, as well as a gym, bicycles, billiards and minigolf, are all available.

In the garden area, the hotel has 3 swimming pools, as well as a sun terrace and a snack bar. In addition, the hotel has its own indoor swimming pool (open from the end of May to October) a solarium, aerobics, and bocce. For an additional fee a massage service, a sauna, a steam room.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
