The hotel is situated on a main street and was built in 1998. It is made up of 2 buildings each with 4 storeys. The complex has a total of 256 apartments. The hotel has a spacious landscaped garden with a furnished sun terrace, a smart lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour-reception. There is also a supermarket, a conference room, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Internet access, medical assistance, bicycle hire and car parking spaces are furthermore available for guests. The hotel also has a miniclub and a children?s playground.

All of the en suite rooms are stylishly furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a comfortable lounge area, a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a food preparation area, air-conditioned, central heating, a safe and a balcony or a terrace.

The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
