This endearing historical property is divided in 2 buildings, 40 meters apart from each other. All the superior studios and family studios (triple, quadruple and 2 bedrooms studio apartments) are located in the São Paulo building. The standard single or double studios (some with balcony or garden view) are located in the Alegria building.
