The hotel is located in Areias de Sao Joao, in the beautiful city of Albufeira. Nearby there are several cafes, restaurants and shopping. The beach is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment complex was last renovated in 2015 and has a 5-storey main building with lift and a total of 75 apartments.
There is a 24-hour reception, a swimming pool, a bar (open from 7.00 pm to midnight), a snack bar (open from April to October from 11 am to 8 pm), games room, WLAN (extra charge) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas (free of charge, subject to availability).

The beautiful STUDIOS are about 35sqm in size and equipped with two single beds or a double bed and kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, cookers and microwave. In addition, the studios offer WLAN (for a fee), a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony / terrace with pool view. The APARTMENTS are approx. 60sqm in size and can accommodate up to four people with the same facilities as the studios.

Bookable with self catering or breakfast in buffet style. Breakfast is served from 08.30am to 11am.

The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
