Built and renovated in 2010, the spa complex has a restaurant, a luxury spa and 152 stylish rooms with excellent provision for children. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand, games room, TV lounge and a children?s playground and kids? club. A cafe and bar provide food and beverages and WLAN Internet access and a car park are also available. For an additional fee, guests may make use of the room and laundry services, and a bicycle hire service.

A premium service for the all-inclusive package will be offered from 1 April 2019.
This means that the service will be available for a longer period - between 10 a.m. and midnight - with full access to the cocktail menu, premium drinks, fruit juices, Super Bock beer, Coca-Cola, Slush, red, white and rosé wines. A bar with healthy food will also be opened. This will take place between July and August.

At Adam & Eve Spa you can enjoy a heated pool full of luminosity, sauna, Turkish bath, a relaxation area and three treatment cabins. From 9:00 to 17:00 you will have free access to the Hydrotherapy. From 17:30 to 20:00 you will have to pay a 5 Euro admission fee. During these times the area is only accessible from 18 years of age.

A tourist tax applies in the municipality of Portimao as follows:
For guests aged 13 and over from November 1 to March 31 ?1 per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights and from April 1 to October 31. 2? per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
