The spa hotel has 21 rooms, and spread over one main building and a total 20 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 10:30 - 23:00). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning and room service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and concierge service are available for a fee.

The rooms with one bedroom are equipped with double bed, queen size bed, king size bed or twin bed, extra bed (sofa bed), baby cot (where applicable, for a fee), tiled floor, kettle (where applicable, for a fee), minibar (for a fee), balcony or terrace, internet (for free), safe (where applicable, for a fee) and flat screen sat TV as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from January to December) and centrally controlled heating (from January to December). Bathroom with shower (room size: 65 m²). Towels are changed. Bed linen is changed.

Breakfast (from 08:00 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. Half board Plus: breakfast and dinner. Full board: breakfast and lunch. Breakfast and lunch only in selected restaurants.

Sports and entertainment: Billiards (for a fee) and fitness (where applicable, for a fee). A golf course is located approx. 10 km from the hotel. Bicycle rental and guided bike tours (for a fee). Wellness: Spa area and massages available for a fee.

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. The accommodation is open to guests aged 18 and over. Languages spoken: English, French, Spanish and Arabic. Accepted methods of payment: EC card and Euro / MasterCard.

A tourist tax applies and must be paid on site at the hotel per person per night.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
