Approx. 800 m from the hotel?s own sandy beach is situated the hotel Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya, which is especially popular with honeymooners. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The nearest town is Cancún. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 2 km from the hotel, and also a supermarket is in the vicinity of the hotel. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Xcaret, Xplor, Xoximilco, Cirque Du Soleil and Chichen Itza. For mobility there is a taxi rank (around 5 m away) and a bus stop. The airport (CUN) is approx. 55 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee) 24 h a day.

The 4-storey spa hotel has 881 rooms, and spread over one main building and 7 adjoining buildings. The rooms were last renovated in 2019. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 11 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, discotheque (open from 18:00 - 01:00), a free parking area , a security entry system and a money changing facility. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
