In the vicinity of a sandy beach is located the hotel Ocean Maya Royale (adults only). At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The town Playa del carmen is around 10 km away (Cancun around 53 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 10 km. It is 10 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For mobility there is a car rental company. The airport (CUN) is approx. 55 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

The 3-storey beach hotel has 320 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a theater, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 6 restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room service and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
