CA Sand Dune Hotel

The hotel CA Sand Dune Hotel is especially popular with honeymooners and lies approx. 60 m from the Pretty Bay, a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The town Luqa is around 9 km away (Sliema around 16 km, Valletta around 13 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 60 m. It is only 60 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Completely renovated in 2025, the 7-storey beach hotel has 100 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 3 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free) and a security entry system. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service is available for a fee.

The Ministry of Tourism has decided to introduce an eco-tax for hotel accommodation for all bookings. The tax is not included in the price of the holiday and must be paid directly at the hotel. A refund is not possible.
The tax amounts to EUR 0.50 per adult per night, rising to a maximum of EUR 5.00 per adult per stay (11 days plus).

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
