Mercure Maldives Kooddoo is an adult-only resort with 69 villas available in 6 different categories. Rooted in a locality serving authentic Maldivian and international flavours, Mercure Maldives offers a generous all-inclusive concept, bed and breakfast, and a half-board stay option allowing you to explore the island at your own pace.

The resort boasts 43 over-water and 25 beachfront villas with a breathtaking sunset view and 20 villas with their own private pool. The interiors use striking colours merged with stylish and contemporary Maldivian design. All villas feature an outdoor terrace, indoor and outdoor showers, an HD TV with international channels, WiFi, and USB port chargers.

Two restaurants and one pool bar are located on the island for guest consumption. Alita is a buffet restaurant open all day serving international cuisine with themed dinners daily. It has both indoor and al fresco seating overlooking the main pool and lagoon. Meanwhile, Vista is an over-water Italian restaurant with a panoramic view of the lagoon and the island. GREEN TAX:
A green tax of USD 6 per person per night must be paid on site. The green tax must also be paid for babies (0-1.99 years).
In some hotels, the green tax is already included in the travel price. You will find a corresponding note in your travel documents.
For all stays from 01.01.2025 the green tax is 12 USD per person/night.

ENTRY:
The electronic entry declaration must be completed and submitted on the website of the Maldivian border authorities 96 hours before departure (the website specifies "96 hours prior to departure time, between arrival and departure"). https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/.

ARRIVAL:
For all international arrival flights landing at or before 03:00 PM at Male International Airport (Velana International Airport), transfers with domestic flights can be arranged. For all flights landing after 03:00 PM, transfers cannot be arranged on the same day. Such bookings will only be accepted for the next day. Upon request, the first night can be booked at a hotel in Male at the contractually agreed room and transfer rates, subject to availability. The first available domestic flight from Male will be around 10:00 AM. After guests arrive at Male International Airport, transfers to the respective resorts will be organized as quickly as possible. However, there may be possible waiting times on-site.

DEPARTURE:
For all international departures after 9:00 AM from Male International Airport (Velana International Airport), transfers with domestic flights can be arranged. For all international departures before 9:00 AM, transfers cannot be arranged on the same day. Guests must leave the booked resort the day before departure. Upon request, the last night can be booked at a hotel in Male at the contractually agreed room and transfer rates, subject to availability. All transfers are arranged by the local airline; transfer times will be communicated to guests by the booked resort on the evening before departure.

In case of scheduled arrival in the destination area from 4:00 AM onwards, the hotel room will only be available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel onwards. Likewise, the official check-out time of the hotel must be adhered to on the day of departure. This includes return flights until 3:00 AM the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked through our service team, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
