The amusing vegetation seen on this island cannot be found in any other resort in the Maldives. In this unique lake, with a lot of water lilies and aquatic plants, there is a swimming area without chlorine where you can relax with a calming swim. Water Bungalow (Seaplane): This picturesque lake is surrounded by 20 m high mangrove trees on one side and 20 m high palm trees on the other side. This island with its fresh water lake and the rich vegetation is unique in the Maldives. There is no other island like this in the Maldives. Water Bungalow (Seaplane): Due to the natural values of the atoll, Baa-Atoll was designated as a UNESCO World Biosphere in 2011.One of the best natural attractions include the attractive Hanifaru in Baa Atoll which is an uninhabited island with a natural underwater bay. Locally known as “Vandumaafaru adi”, the bay is home to a large number of whale sharks, grey sharks, manta rays and also a nursery for these species. Water Bungalow (Seaplane): Seaplane transfers are applicable to all guests arriving at Male Airport between 06:30 to 15:15 hrs. Approx of 25 mins away from Male Airport to Resort. Available during daylight hours from 6:30 hrs to 16:00 hrs.Last international arrival flight for seaplane connection is 15:30h. Water Bungalow (Seaplane): Domestic transfers are applicable to all guests arriving after 15:15 to 22:00 hrs to Male Airport. Another flight from Male to Dharavandhoo Domestic Airport followed by Speedboat ride approx 25 minutes flight & 15 minutes speedboat ride to Resort. Standard permissible weight is 25 kg, which includes 20 kg of checked-in luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage per person. TRANSFER INFO: The transfer is already included in the hotel price. GREEN TAX: A green tax of USD 12 per person per night must be paid on site. You will find a corresponding note in your travel documents ENTRY: The electronic entry declaration must be completed and submitted on the website of the Maldivian border authorities 96 hours before departure (the website specifies "96 hours prior to departure time, between arrival and departure"). https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/. ARRIVAL: For all international arrival flights landing at or before 03:00 PM at Male International Airport (Velana International Airport), transfers with domestic flights can be arranged. For all flights landing after 03:00 PM, transfers cannot be arranged on the same day. Such bookings will only be accepted for the next day. Upon request, the first night can be booked at a hotel in Male at the contractually agreed room and transfer rates, subject to availability. The first available domestic flight from Male will be around 10:00 AM. After guests arrive at Male International Airport, transfers to the respective resorts will be organized as quickly as possible. However, there may be possible waiting times on-site. DEPARTURE: For all international departures after 9:00 AM from Male International Airport (Velana International Airport), transfers with domestic flights can be arranged. For all international departures before 9:00 AM, transfers cannot be arranged on the same day. Guests must leave the booked resort the day before departure. Upon request, the last night can be booked at a hotel in Male at the contractually agreed room and transfer rates, subject to availability. All transfers are arranged by the local airline; transfer times will be communicated to guests by the booked resort on the evening before departure. In case of scheduled arrival in the destination area from 4:00 AM onwards, the hotel room will only be available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel onwards. Likewise, the official check-out time of the hotel must be adhered to on the day of departure. This includes return flights until 3:00 AM the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked through our service team, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
