The SPA area is open daily from 10am to 8pm. Access to the SPA center and fitness center is possible for a fee of 20 Euros and is only permitted for guests over 16 years.

From September 2014, the visitor's tax will be increased as follows. The following contributions are to be paid by each guest per night:
3 star hotels: 4 euros / person / night
4 star hotels: 6 euros / person / night
5 star hotels: 7 euros / person / night

A tourist tax is payable locally, the amount of which depends on the star category.
For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
