The hotel Creta Palm Aparthotel, especially popular with honeymooners, is located approx. 40 m from a sandy beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Chania is around 7 km away (Platanias around 2 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 20 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Archaeological Museum of Chania, Folklore Museum of Chania, Chania Old Venetian Harbour, Municipal Market of Chania and House-Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 30 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 8 km away. The airport (CHQ) is approx. 29 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle (private ground transfer) (private ground transfer, where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (HER) is located approx. 139 km away.

The 2-storey 2nd row beach hotel consists of a main building and 10 adjoining buildings, and has 144 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
