Sunshine Studios

The hotel Sunshine Studios lies approx. 850 m from the Malia, a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The town Hersonissos is around 7 km away (Heraklion around 35 km, Malia around 300 m). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 300 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 10 m. It is 300 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 300 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 100 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 50 m away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 40 km away. The airport (CHQ) is approx. 180 km away. Another airport (HER) is located approx. 30 km away.

The 3-storey resort has 16 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, an air conditioning, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Standard Studio:
With living room, single bed or twin bed, tiled floor, kitchenette, balcony, kettle (for free), internet (for free), safe (for a fee) and flat screen sat TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (from April to October, extra fee). Towels are changed 3 times a week. Room size: 25 m².

Sports and entertainment: Billiards (for a fee). A golf course is located approx. 8 km from the hotel. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
