The hotel Stella Maria Apartments is located approx. 400 m from the Malia, a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee available. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Malia is around 1,2 km away (Iraklio around 33 km, Agios Nicolaos around 26 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 220 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 900 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 220 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 1 km away), a bus stop (approx. 1,1 km away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 35 km away. The airport (CHQ) is approx. 180 km away. Another airport (HER) is located approx. 30 km away.

Partially renovated in 2022, the 2-storey city hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 28 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 13:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) and a free parking area. For the meals, there is a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Laundry service is available for a fee.

Triple Superior Studio:
With single bed, baby cot (for free), kitchenette, balcony or terrace, kettle (for free), internet (for free) and flat screen TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (extra fee). Bathroom with shower (room size: 22 m²). Towels are changed 2 times a week.
Twin Deluxe Room:
The modern furnished rooms are equipped with double bed or single bed, baby cot (for free), balcony or terrace, internet (for free) and flat screen TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (extra fee). Bathroom with shower (room size: 20 m²). Towels are changed 2 times a week.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
